Fred Giacomini has over 35 years of experience in the food industry. His journey started in 1982 when he supplied stores and restaurants with dairy products, where he switched to owning and operating a Pizza/Pasta restaurant, followed by selling wine and beer.

His time spent in and around kitchens helped develop his passion for great quality and taste. From that passion, fRed Sauce was created.

After 3 years of perfecting his recipe, fRed Sauce was officially launched in 2018 and has developed a strong network through Central Oregon in both restaurants and markets.

Fred's appreciation for perfection in every bottle assures each user that they are enjoying a product rich with care. Each ingredient in fRed Sauce is hand-picked from organic growers to ensure the best quality possible. To learn more, see the ingredients section below.
