Fred Giacomini has over 35 years of experience in the food industry. His journey started in 1982 when he supplied stores and restaurants with dairy products, where he switched to owning and operating a Pizza/Pasta restaurant, followed by selling wine and beer.
His time spent in and around kitchens helped develop his passion for great quality and taste. From that passion, fRed Sauce was created.
After 3 years of perfecting his recipe, fRed Sauce was officially launched in 2019 and has developed a strong network through Central Oregon in both restaurants and markets.
